We stand by our custom built computers with a hassle-free money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your computer in anyway and decide you want to return it, you have 14 days to do so with no hassle. The only thing that would void this is external damage to the hardware, or improper installation of hardware done by a non-NXT Level PC staff member.
