Your Hardware is Solid!

NXT Level PC computers are built using brand-new, name-brand parts only. They are run through a series of burn-in tests, rigorous benchmarks, and include a warranty covering the full system: One year, with additional warranty support beyond the first year using individual hardware warranties. 

What does this mean, exactly?

Even though we choose quality parts, things happen; If any hardware goes bad within the first year, we will do all the legwork to ensure your PC is fully restored! Your part will be replaced with another brand new piece, and we will take care of everything. 

After the first year, we will continue to support you and your PC through the individual hardware manufacturer's warranties. We build each PC with brand new parts only, and keep a record of every purchase; If any part goes bad after the first year we will supply all necessary documents to start an RMA with the manufacturer to get you a brand new replacement part.
