Every NXT Level PC includes Free Tech Support!
When using a computer there are a million things that could go wrong! Depending on your software, hardware, and of course how the wind is blowing that day!
To ensure the most satisfactory experience possible we offer 90 days of free Technical Support for every PC we sell, and for everyone else we offer the most affordable rate in the area!
If you own a NXT Level PC:
· Our 90 days of free Technical Support includes remote guidance while setting up your PC, assistance when software isn't working, and of course help diagnosing any potential hardware issues.
· Our 90 days of free Technical Support does not include virus removal, file recovery, installing upgrades, overclocking services, or parts not included in the original purchase.
If you don't own a NXT Level PC, or need help with an item not covered under the free service, we would still love to assist you! We have the lowest rate in the area: $35 an hour, and most issues are resolved in less 2 hours.
*We want all our customers to feel the same confidence in their product that we do, so we offer this free Technical Support to the original owner for 90 days after the purchase of the computer.
